Old Coin Athian silver was once quite valuable in the days before the Break. Families who could afford to do so would often have a stockpile of these precious coins set aside in case of emergencies.

The cashless economic system of current-day Cipal has robbed these coins of their primary value, but it isn't impossible to find individuals who are willing to trade them for other curiosities.

Poppet Once a common site in Athia, these wooden dolls are now quite the rarity. Generations of Athians grew up with poppets for playthings, and they were once as plentiful as they were indicative of their makers' diverse backgrounds and personalities. Now, however, there is no one to make them, which has driven their value up considerably.

Balm Flax A medicinal plant that can be found throughout all of Athia's realms. In the years before the Break made exploration impossible, locals would often roam the countryside in search of balm flax to brew their own healing draughts with. Thankfully, it's hardy enough to have suffered no ill effects from the spread of the Corruption.
Beamstone This purplish rock is most commonly found in Junoon, a realm through which Tanta Cinta's magic runs deep. Prolonged exposure to the Break has formed raylike crystals on its surface that share some of the properties of Breakshards, making it a useful crafting material.
Bumbershoot An extremely rare and highly prized mushroom that only grows insufficiently damp environments. They weren't always this big— the Brake multiplied their once-humble size many times over, likely because they took to storing the highly potent magic in their caps. This store of sorcerous energy is essentially unrivalled, making the bumbershoot a priceless crafting material.
Crag Grass Crag grass thrives in the arid land of Praenost. While its appearance remains unchanged by the influence of the Break, the plumes within which it stores its nutrients now also possess the mysterious ability to improve equipment when used as a crafting ingredient.
Diurnite Prolonged exposure to the Break has formed veins of gold that run throughout this brilliant white stone. While diurnite can be found in any of Athia's realms, it is exceedingly rare. Elements of each Tanta's magic, combined with its Brakeshard-like properties, make it a useful crafting material.
Feather A feather that once belonged to a common bird. While its owner was undoubtedly killed or corrupted by the Break, the feather itself remains externally unchanged. The Corruption's influence has lent its certain properties that make it an ideal ingredient for crafting.

Tall Aster A plant which grows mainly on the Visorian plains. It has long been known for its properties as an insect repellent and antidote to various poisons, which may go some way to explaining how it has continued to thrive despite the spread of the Break. It hasn't remained entirely unaffected, but even that influence has been positive—exposure to the Corruption has imbued it with magical properties that mean it can be used to improve equipment.

Wild Musk Wild musk was once an essential ingredient in Athian cuisine, prized for its distinctive fragrance and flavor. Contrary to the "wild" in its name, it was most commonly cultivated in farms to meet the high demand it enjoyed. But those farms have all been lost to the Break, leaving only the truly wild variety behind. Though the Corruption has rendered it unsafe for eating, it can still be used to improve equipment.

Ball A craftsman of Cipal created this toy on a whim after catching sight of a local cat trying to play with a much larger ball meant for children. Lightweight yet durable, it can withstand even the most spirited bouts of batting and chasing. Unfortunately, some cats are too fidgety to enjoy playing with it for long.
Cat Grass This blend of grasses was developed by a keen-eyed Cognoscent who is inspired after spotting Stray Cats nibbling on the weeds outside his home. After a little experimenting, he settled on a mix that his feline friends found both delicious and nutritious. The same Cognoscent, along with several colleagues, began to conducting Research into why cats—carnivores by nature—might one too much on grass in the first place, but they're investigations were sadly interrupted by the spread of the Break.
Comfy Pillow Curling up with this pillow at a Pilgrim's Refuge or campsite will grant you a temporary beneficial affecting combat, much like the ones you might earn from a partha. This in itself makes it well worth owning—its plush Comfort is just the icing on the cake

Compass A device that uses a magnetized needle to help the user find their way. Compasses aren't exactly cutting-edge technology in Frey's world, but they are still fairly revolutionary in Athia. Well she never had much need for one in New York, this one will prove pretty useful in helping her find her way around.

Cookpot An ordinary cooking pot that has been converted by a cat lover into a cushioned cat Container. Though they may require a little convincing before jumping in, every animal adventurous enough to do so quickly warms to the plush surroundings. As a bonus, the cushion is quite easily removable should the pot be required for actual cooking.
Crafting Pot This magical vessel is capable of altering the fundamental qualities of natural resources. It Bears traces of both the Tantas' magic and Cognoscent-developed technology, but its original purpose is not entirely clear. Regardless, Frey we'll find it very handy when crafting with plants and minerals.

Gravity Lantern This curious Lantern possesses the ability to draw magical energy from its surroundings. It was originally designed at the behest of the Tantas, and though the purpose of this exercise has been lost to time, it's certainly invaluable to anyone who finds themselves in need of a little extra magic.

Scratching Board A cat convenience originally designed by a carpenter who grew tired of his sharp clawed kitten ruining his walls. Other cat owners loved the idea, and commissioned him to make similar pieces, but unfortunately found out that such items are of little use if the cats can't be convinced to use them.
Sewing Kit There's nothing particularly magical about this sewing kit—Frey just feels oddly inspired whenever she looks at it. Her adventuring needs mean she mostly dreams up modern twists on the cloaks and accessories used in combat.

Toy When the Break forced countless Athians to Cipal, many brought their pets with them, and the resulting overcrowding soon made it difficult for their feline friends to carve out territory of their own. A certain sympathetic cat lover, keen to relieve his beloved pets distress at this situation, tried a few things before finally hitting on this simple but stress-relieving toy.
